Es una palabra compuesta inspirada en los dos elementos más importantes de la cocina del Pacífico que se ha dado forma por los usos y costumbres de nativos y colonizadores a lo largo de la historia. En Pezlimón traemos a la mesa platillos creativos del mar, sumergidos en frescura y simplicidad, creando mezclas únicas con sabores que remontan nuevas emociones o gratos recuerdos con  atrevidos sabores que fusiona la frescura del producto del mar & tierra con la sabrosura de las recetas mexicanas en la mesa que reúne a los amigos y donde convive la familia.
